So Nintendo’s press confrence just ended and let me tell you it was much better then last years by far there were a lot of Big games announced this year. Two new mario games (new super mario bros wii, super mario galaxy 2) and a new golden sun (finally) And the one I was most surprised about, was the new project from a combined effort with Nintendo and team ninja (makers of the DOA series and ninja gaiden) that game would be Metroid: Other M . for me personally I think this looks amazing Ill put the trailer below and for this and some of the other games shown at the press conference today. Also they showed a new trailer for the the final fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Crystal Bearers and kingdom hearts 358/2 Days, and more game play from Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story. also there is going to be a new Wario Ware. titled Wario Ware: DIY (Do it yourself) were you make the mini games this time. I see this both as a good and a bad idea. Over all im happy with the way this press confrence turned out; big improvement from last year.

I dont know a whole lot but announce at e3 today is that metal gear solid is finally coming to the Xbox 360 titled Metal gear soild: rising. the most i got was that snake is not the main character it transfers back to raiden but thats all i know

Well im back after what seem like an eternity im back and with my new laptop and a high school diploma ^_^ yep I graduated (go me.) anyway Im back there should be more updates from now on.

Any ways for today I have an anime recomendation for everyone (like the title said) For asura cryin’

PLOT: ” Semi-serious school action story revolves around Tomoharu Natsume, a boy who has been haunted by a ghostly girl who was a childhood friend.” taken from wiki

At first to tell everyone the truth I only started watching this anime because I needed help with the DS game Dengeki Gakuen RPG: Cross of Venus.

Well this game is a story for a different day

But so far I have not gotten any help by watching the anime. but what I have gotten is a enjoyable anime that at first I was having trouble classifying it. At frist I thought it was going to be a normal high school anime with a ghost of a friend following him. But then it turns into a all out war for a breif case with Tomoharu cought in the middle of it. then it becomes a Mecha anime. But I know that may have sounded confuseing but just watch this anime to find out what I mean.

Characters:

Tomoharu Natsume: “Tomoharu is the lead male character, often known as Tomo. He is sent to live on his own so he will not be in the way of his mother and new boyfriend.” taken from wiki

Misao Minakami: “one of the lead female character, she is Tomo’s childhood friend. She became the Burial Doll of the Asura Machina Kurogane three years ago when she was involved in a plane crash”

In this spoof of classic Japanese anime and live-action special-effects shows, the hero Sunred fights against General Vamp and his shadowy group of minions. The announcement was made on Sunday at the end of a screening event at the TOHO Cinemas Kawasaki theater. Game Review: Lux pain

PLOT: “Lux-Pain is set in the historical Kisaragi City, a town plagued by mysteries from small mishaps to murders – with no logical explanation as to why these events occur. It seems “Silent”, a worm born through hate and sadness, has infected humans and forced them to commit atrocious crimes. Atsuki’s parents are the victim of such crimes. To avenge his parents, Atsuki goes through a dangerous operation to acquire Lux-Pain in his left arm, a power so strong that it turns his right eye golden when using it to seek and destroy Silent for good.” Taken From Wiki.

First off this game is different for the US; Lux pain is a Visual novel like The Ace Attorney series which isn’t a bad thing. That doesn’t make this game bad its really fun but, it would have been a lot more fun if this game was checked over for poorly translated text. if this was an action game I could over look that, but because this game is so heavily text based I can not over look this fact. also there is some touch screen discovering what people are thinking or feeling. also you use the touch screen to fight silent but these fights are well boring there is three different types of items that the silent but all it really comes down to is poking your scratching at your touch screen.

This game also has good voice acting but not every character has voice acting; but this makes the awkward when your talking to one character has voice acting and one of them doesn’t.

Also I would have enjoyed this game alot more if the game was only 8 hours like Last years Time Hollow. But one of the biggest flaws with this game is that it just keeps going and going and going. I think for this game I clocked in a good 17 hours in this game. On of the good elements that Time Hollow had going for it is that it didn’t ware out its welcome. But Lux Pain did ware out its welcome I was so close to going “You Know what? No.” And just set the DS down and going to play something else.

But I was impressed with look and feel of the game. The Visuals were nice and not a eye sore. I believe that this would have been better as an anime then a game. You know what I really do wish someone would make an anime out of Lux pain.

Ratings I Really liked Lux Pain but The Flaws that its has really took me out of the experience of the game.

Visuals: 8/10. It had a nice anime look that I really enjoyed

Sound track: 7/10. Nothing really special just a normal DS soundtrack

Controls: 5/10 Yet again nothing really special just tap/scratch the Touch screen

Story: 6/10 it was a good story but the Poor translation took me out of it.

Overall I give Lux Pain a 6/10. If you like anime and dont mind some poorly translated text then this game will be for you, for everyone else I think you might just want to skip this one for right now maybe wait till it drops in price. But Dont get me wrong even though I gave it a 6/10 I really liked this game.

Finlay done with a AZ Government project that took me all week end and most of today to finish. I swear the only thing I did this week end was this project I did. What this project is about is that its my observation while at teen court; but, there is a twist with mine. instead of just a normal written paper (because that would be boring), mine is my experience at teen court done by the characters and settings of Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney!! How I got this was, my student teacher for AZ government said she really didn’t like the way that the last observation was done. So she offered us 2 choices the first choice would be the normal observation. Then the second would have a small writing section to it then a movie/ slide show/ Pod cast. ETC, and the first word to pop in my head was OBJECTION!!!!!! I think i might have went a little overboard on this project, but hey she said she would give extra Credit to anyone who goes up and above the set limit. So let hope I get a good grade on this. A Small Little Question on Video Game

Sorry for not being able to Post much but been busy with school but yeah anyways, Ive had alot of time to think because Im alone with my school work (and there is alot of it XD). But when I do get time by my self I do 10 push ups (maybe that’s just me) or just go and play video games (that’s the normal one). So after while of me with my thoughts I was thinking; but, one day when I was playing Tales of Vesperia with my brother and two other friends when I just blurted out, “Why is everyone in games running? Whats the hurry?” Everyone pondered that question and then went “huh yeah that weird” and then went on playing Vesperia. But I have the feeling that they quickly forgot about it.

But I continued to think about this. I mean I can understand if its a war games like Call of duty and some action games. But for some other games when I fell unless your not on the world map you really don’t need to run. I short of like “Oh hey that dungeon was tough and were really tired. Oh hey I have an idea Let all run full sprint to the inn!” Don’t get me wrong I still have my people run the only game I can remember not Running was Lunar: Dragon Song but that only because it drained your health (but i only played that game for 30 minutes and stop so yeah). Its not like if they run in a small town that its going to change anything or if people are relaxing for a while but they all are still running to get there. Well what ever it is I just dont know just stuff I think about when I’m by myself :3.
